Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee to ensure you get the item you ordered or your money back. We verify delivery through shipping service tracking numbers and when the tracking service marks the package as delivered your order is considered delivered. The 30-day money back guarantee ends after 30-days past the tracking number delivery date. Returns must be pre-authorized or no refund will be issued. Please contact us to get a return authorization number and do not return an item without authorization.

Return Shipping

When a return is authorized please ensure the package label specifies the proper return address in order to receive a refund. In order to qualify for a refund you must return all product pieces, manufacturer's packaging and the original shipping box.

Full Refunds

You will get a full refund if the item you ordered is not delivered. We verify delivery through shipping service tracking numbers and when the tracking service marks the package as delivered your order is considered delivered. We are not responsible for items delivered to your designated destination which are then stolen. You will get full refund if the item delivered does not match the listing description. If the item delivered does not match the listing description we will pay for the return shipping label. Any return must include the original packaging and all items in product sets.

Once your return is received and inspected we will process any eligible refund within 1-3 days. You will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of any refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 business days.

Buyer Remorse

For reason of buyer remorse we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items up to a maximum of 15% for purposes of recovering the shipping and handling costs incurred in delivering the product to you.

We accept returns only as unopened, unlaundered and packaged exactly as sold and shipped to you. We only sell brand-new, unopened and unused items; this policy is in place to protect our customers by ensuring our products are brand-new and unopened. Please do not ask to return an item you opened and pulled out of the factory sealed package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for reason of buyer remorse.

Color Variation

Although every effort is made to provide color accurate photographs, we cannot guarantee your computer or electronic device will precisely depict the actual color shade of the merchandise as we have no control over how your viewing device is adjusted. Please contact us with any questions about the color prior to purchase if you have particular concerns about color shade variances. Return requests due to color are considered a Buyer Remorse case. Upon opening the shipping box do not open the factory sealed package if you decide you want to return the item because the color is not what you need.
